FLÍDR s.r.o. Company
On December 9, 1993, FLÍDR s.r.o. company was founded, with the basic line of business "Metal-working and locksmithery".
When founded, there were 5 workers employed at the company and it started with production of water feeding installations for livestock and production of suction and pressure hoses and chain conveyers in premises leased on tract of c.120m. It has been expanding over the years, it has become a customer oriented firm and has extended its activities at next subjects of enterprise:
- Hoses distribution
- Agricultural and fire-fighting facilities production
- Production of parts for automotive industry
- Production of machines for vibration grinding and polishing of parts
At the present time we dispose of the quality advanced machinery which we update accordingly to the produced parts demandingness.
The news in our manufacturing programme are as follows:
- Production of machines for centrifugal grinding and polishing of parts including their separating and drying
- Head restraint production including latching slots cold forming
- Preparation of production of a special suction strainer for professional fire squads and volunteer fire brigades with a possibility of utilization for fire-fighting sport as well
As the certificates ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 holder, FLÍDR s.r.o. company guarantees the proficiency, quality and environmentally friendly production.
Flídr plast s.r.o. Company
On September 28, 1998, Flídr plast s.r.o. company was founded, with the basic line of business
"Plastic products making with focus on engineering formed parts with high shape and dimensional precision".
The production was started in Česká Třebová, in premises leased on tract of c.160m, with four employees. Since the company’s establishment more than 50% of our employees have been handicapped people and we have a protected workshop statute officially declared. Thanks to this we provide our customers with the facultative compensation according to §81 par 2 of Employment Act no. 435/2004 Coll.
In 2003 the whole production operation was moved to FLÍDR s.r.o. company’s own area in Široký důl and Flídr plast s.r.o has extended its activities to:
- Measurement centre services
- Road domestic and transit transportation
Our company is equipped with up-to-date injection moulding machines. It has a very well equipped measurement centre services of which are used also by other firms.
As the certificates ISO 9001:2000 and newly also ISO TS 16949:2002 holder, Flídr plast s.r.o. company guarantees the proficiency, quality and environmentally friendly production.
Companies and Future Vision
A number of employees as well as the production area have spread wide since the both companies foundation. Nowadays our companies employ almost 130 workers and manage a production area of 3,390m and a warehousing area of 1,170m. By the year 2010 the third factory building construction will have been finished and by this the 2nd phase of the company development will have been completed. Production premises will be extended by next 2,500m.
We aim the production development into the sphere of shape-demanding parts metal-working. Gradually we increase the production capacity of head restraints frames. Our goal is to reach the capacity of 2.5 millions pieces per year by which we will achieve the leading position in the production of this part in the Czech Republic.
Plastic materials pressing shop increases its production capacity with new modern injection moulding machines. Injection molds and tools for both companies are made by specialized professional firms. Our own tool-making workshop building up is our long-term intention.
Technical support and customers’ care
Our metal-working and plastics moulding operations are managed by specialized workers teams which care for the complete project from accepting of a demand to the final products delivery to a customer.
The projects’ technical support is in parts production documentation processing, further in consultations on a technology preference in relation to optimal product price and also in cooperation during product development or changing.
Flídr plast s.r.o. company has a protected workshop statute officially declared and thanks to this we provide our customers with the facultative compensation according to §81 par 2 of Employment Act.
