We do production of parts for car interiors, namely seat and head restraint parts. The first order of this character were seat parts for Škoda Felicia cars. Consequently our company made parts of bus hand and arm rests as well.

Nowadays we specialize in head restraint frames production. This production divides into three categories according to used technology of latching slots making:

• Milled latching slot
• The latching slot cold formed into the full circular profile
• The latching slot cold formed into the pipe shape

The surface finishing of parts mentioned above is:

• NiCr surface finishing
• Surface finishing by electrophoretic coating

Next surface finishing option can be also zinc coatings including thick-layer passivation or making of head restraint frames from stainless materials.
