Plastic Materials Moulding
Flídr plast s.r.o. company is focused on production of engineering plastic mouldings with high shape and dimensional precision designed for automotive, electrotechnical, building and engineering industry. We process all available thermoplasts and thermoplastic elastomers up to the maximum moulding weight 1,000g.
We use materials with addition of glass, fillers and other ingredients. We provide the surface finishing of plastic materials – fluoridization, chromium-plating, printing. We provide mounting, assembly and other additional works.
Machinery and technical equipment
- Advanced injection presses BATTENFELD and WOOJIN SELEX with closing pressure 400 – 3,500kN

Machine shops equipment enables moulds maintenance and their minor repairs. Pressing shop operates at a three-shift operation.

Materials
In the sphere of thermoplasts injection we use all kinds of materials for the production including materials with addition of glass, fillers, metal and non-metal insets, colours and other additives.
Flídr plast s.r.o. company is certified according to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO TS 16494 standards. It meets also requirements of ISO 14001 standard because its production unit is situated in premises of FLÍDR s.r.o. company which obtained this certification.

- Assessment of the required product according to a sample or a drawing from the point of view of its suitability for producing with a help of injection.
- Design of the suitable material
- Construction of the moulding 3D computer model
- The injection mould concept design
- Making of the mould drawing documentation – 2D, 3D
- Injection mould production providing. Injection moulds will be made under our surveillance in cooperation in chosen articled tool shops ensuring high quality and the term of delivery.
- The injection mould testing, eventually various materials types testing and first samples approval.
